Town of Yarmouth - 2026 5 Ton Single Axle Plow Truck

We propose to purchase a new 2026 or current model year 5 ton, single axle plow truck. Please find attached a tender form, complete with the necessary specifications, all for your use in submitting tender prices for the above noted equipment.
Tenders are to be returned to the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, 400 Main Street, Yarmouth, NS B5A 1G2 in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Tender – 2026 Single Axle Plow Truck” and are to be received no later than 3:00 p.m., March 31, 2026.

Request for Quotation - Geotechnical Engineering Services Tender 2025

The Town of Yarmouth (hereafter referred to as “the Town”) owns and operates the Yarmouth Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), which serves the Town residents and some surrounding areas. The WWTP requires upgrades to address regulatory compliance and capital maintenance needs.
To support the planned upgrades, the Town requires geotechnical engineering services. Accordingly, the Town invites qualified geotechnical engineering firms (hereafter referred to as the “Consultant”) to submit proposals for a geotechnical investigation to evaluate subsurface conditions at the site and provide geotechnical recommendations for the design and construction of the proposed WWTP upgrades.

Town of Yarmouth Request for Quotation - Bus Shelter 2025

The Town of Yarmouth (“Town”) is inviting proposals from qualified vendors for the design, fabrication, and delivery of five (5) accessible bus shelters. The Town is committed to enhancing accessibility and inclusivity within our community infrastructure, ensuring that all residents have convenient and comfortable access to public transportation facilities.
The selected vendor will be responsible for the comprehensive design, fabrication, and delivery of bus shelters that comply with accessibility standards and reflect the aesthetic character of our town. The shelters must provide adequate protection from the elements and accommodate individuals with diverse mobility needs, including wheelchair users. Installation of the shelters is not part of this RFQ.
The Town may choose, later, to purchase additional shelters resulting from this RFQ.
Quotation Due Date: 3:00 p.m. local time Thursday, October 2, 2025.
** The tender has been awarded to Daytech Limited, for the supply and delivery of five bus shelters for the price of $81,225.00 plus HST, for a total cost of $92,596.50 (including the optional solar lighting and advertisement/art displays).
