Open Air Burning Updates
Sept. 12th, 2025 - Recreational burning is NOT permitted. There is currently a provicewide burn ban in effect. There will be NO recreational burning allowed until this ban is lifted by the province.
Regular updates will be posted here for Open Air Burning permit holders. You MUST have a permit for recreational burning (backyard fire pits) in the Town of Yarmouth.
