The Town is considering amendments to its Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw to permit social service uses by development agreement in the Mixed Use 3 (MU-3) Zone. The proposed amendments are in response to a planning application (DA2025-007) submitted by Delmar Construction Ltd. to accommodate a non-profit counseling service at 77 Parade Street (PID#90304296), as shown on the map below.

A Public Participation Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at Town Hall, 400 Main Street. Planning staff will provide an overview of the application and proposed amendments. Members of the public will have an opportunity to share their comments and provide feedback on the proposal.
