Please be advised that demolition of the property located at 42 Argyle Street is currently underway. The work requires street and sidewalk closures for safety. Please note the following:
➡ William Street along the west side of the property is closed to vehicular traffic from the intersection of Argyle and William, to the back property line of 42 Argyle.
➡ The east sidewalk is closed on William Street, but the west sidewalk is open.
➡ The north sidewalk on Argyle Street directly in front of the property is closed.
➡ a temporary construction fence has been erected and and flaggers are stationed at the barricades to manage local traffic where required.
These closures are expected to be in pace for approximately five days.
