A Public Participation Meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 400 Main Street, to discuss an application to amend the existing Development Agreement for Lot LP-2, Clements Avenue (PID #90217712).

The existing Development Agreement, approved by Council in 2022, permits one multi-unit residential building with 23 units. The applicant is seeking greater flexibility to permit a multi-unit residential development of a similar density but with a different site layout and building configuration.
