A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, August 13th, 2026, at 6:30 pm in council chambers, located at 400 Main Street. Members of the public can attend and speak at the hearing, or hand in written submissions. Written submissions can also be emailed to admin@townofyarmouth.ca, or delivered to Town Hall, and must be received by 12 pm (noon) on August 10th, 2026.

The owner of Lot LP-2 Clements Avenue (PID#90217712) has applied for an amendment to an existing Development Agreement. The post-amendment agreement would allow two or more multi-unit residential buildings up to 30 units per acre.
