A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday December 10, 2020 at 7:00 pm in Town Council Chambers, 400 Main Street. Written submissions will be accepted, and speakers can register to speak in person or by calling in.

The proposal would rezone 38 Vancouver Street from Low Density Residential (R-1) Zone to Medium Density Residential (R-2) Zone. The purpose of the proposed change is to enable the conversion of the existing building on the property to a three-unit dwelling.
