At Liam’s Used Bookstore you can find a wide range of used books, magazines, and puzzles. We can also find aloe vera plants in the front window for sale as a side business.

Our most popular product tends to be either any of our magazines or puzzles.

Why did you choose this type of business?

When my husband retired from lobster fishing we were looking for a business to purchase when one of our friends was selling this business. We decided we would by the business from her as we love to read.

What is your favorite aspect of being a business owner?

My favorite aspect of being a business owner is seeing all the happiness customers have when they find the book they have been looking for and their surprise when they see the low price of it. I also love getting to talk to my customers; it makes me very happy when I get to talk with my customers.
