Community Event Calendar

Clean out the closets, declutter the garage, and turn your unwanted items into someone else’s treasure! The Town of Yarmouth is hosting a community-wide yard sale where residents can hold their own sales right from their homes. We’ll create a public map of all registered yard sale locations to help shoppers plan their route for a fun morning of bargain hunting.

How It Works

1. Host a Sale
   If you live in the Town of Yarmouth or Municipality of Yarmouth, you can register your address to be included on our Yard Sale Map. There’s no cost to participate.
2. Shop the Town
   The full list of sales will be posted online and on our social media the week of the event. Grab your friends and explore yard sales across town!

Rules for Participants

• Sales must be held at residential addresses within the Town of Yarmouth.
• Registration is required to be listed on the public map. Deadline to register is July 31st 2026.
• Sales must begin no earlier than 8:00 AM and end by 1:00 PM.
• Participants are responsible for their own setup and cleanup.
• No sale of prohibited or restricted items (e.g., alcohol, tobacco, weapons).
• Please be respectful of your neighbours and follow all town and Municipal bylaws.
