Dooly's

A place to play and relax in the community! Dooly’s is a pool hall with a lottery room as well. You can always catch the game on one of the TV’s while relaxing with a drink. There’s also a DJ every weekend so you can dance the night away!

How is this business different from competitors?

The thing that sets us apart is that we have the pool tables. We have a ping pong table area and we have darts as well so I think that really sets us apart from everyone else. You can come in, relax, have a couple drinks and shoot a couple games. We’ve been doing events almost every weekend, we have a regular DJ that comes out every Friday and Saturday but some Saturdays we book in DJ’s from away.

What's your favourite aspect of being the manager of Dooly's?

It’s just the people, it’s like a family feel around here. There’s a small group of people that you work with so it’s very family oriented and you’re really close. It’s like your family with your customer’s too because you get a lot of regulars that come in. It’s just a good atmosphere to work in.

Where do you hope to see this business in the next few years?

We hope to expand and grow within the community and hopefully in a few years have the capability of bringing in larger DJ’s/ Bands into our establishment.
