The Town of Yarmouth wishes to advise that annual sewer cleaning will begin on Monday, October 5th. Cleaning will begin in the south end of town, moving daily toward the north end. Updates will be issued each morning to indicate which specific areas are being cleaned.
While the risk of backflow into homes from the sewer cleaning is low, residents and businesses are asked to please keep toilet seat covers down during this timeframe as a precaution. We thank everyone for their patience and understanding as we carry out this important annual cleaning.
