Last spring, the Town of Yarmouth announced the development of a Culture, Parks, and Recreation Master Plan to guide future planning and decisions relating to culture, parks, and recreation services and facilities. Community input played a huge role in creating the plan, so thank you to everyone who took part in the workshops, meetings, and surveys.

2026 Solid Waste Collection Schedule

The 2026 Solid Waste Collection Schedule for the Town of Yarmouth is Now Available. You can pdf download it from our website by clicking HERE(539 KB) . PLEASE NOTE: copies of the schedule, along with waste and recycling guides, will be hand-delivered to households. However, a printing delay has occurred and delivery will not begin until early January. Deliveries should be completed by end of the month. Once delivery has been completed, copies will be available at Town Hall, 400 Main Street. Please be sure to review the calendar and be mindful of changes that occur because of holidays. Schedule changes are written at the bottom of each month. For example, the January 1st pickup has been moved to December 29th.
