Please be advised that crews will remove snow tomorrow, Friday, January 30th, in areas near the intersection of Main Street and Vancouver Street. This will require street closures beginning at approximately 8:30 am and lasting until 11 am.
Please note the following:
➡ Main Street will be closed between Elm Street and Chestnut Street.
➡ The northbound lane on Water Street will be closed between Cann Street and Vancouver Street.
➡ Traffic control and detours will be in place.
UPDATE: snow removal on Water Street may be postponed until after the Sunday/Monday snowfall.
All the above work is necessary to improve visibility in these heavy traffic areas and prepare for more snow that may arrive on the weekend.
