The Town of Yarmouth has received a Development Agreement application from the owner of two lots, shown on the image below, to permit:
➡ approximately 40 new single detached homes developed in multiple phases;
➡ extension of Myrtle Street in form of a new private road; and
➡ extension of Town water and sewer to service the development.
Open House:
An open house session regarding the proposed development has been scheduled to provide you and other adjacent landowners with an opportunity to learn about the project and speak to the applicant and Town staff about the application. The open house will be held on TUESDAY, JUNE 25, FROM 7PM TO 8.30PM at the Mariners Centre in the Lounge on the 2nd floor of the building. Members of the public are welcome to attend.
