The Town of Yarmouth is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to interested parties for the preparation of a work program to complete a design with costing for the Yarmouth Dog Park. The intent of the RFP is to award the work to a consultant based on the evaluation of relevant information from respondents with proven experience and knowledge in similar undertakings.

Proposals must be received at the address listed no later than 3:00 P.M. AST on Wednesday, August 31st, 2016.

It is the responsibility of the respondent to deliver the sealed proposal to the third (3rd) floor of Town Hall before the time indicated. Proposals received after the submission will be returned unopened. Faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.

The Town of Yarmouth is not obligated to accept the proposal with the lowest cost. The Town of Yarmouth reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any proposal should it be deemed in the interest of the Town to do so.

Tender Notice - Renovations for Town Hall Building, 400 Main Street.

Sealed Tenders plainly marked on the evelope "Tender - Renovations for TOWN HALL Building, 400 Main Street, Yarmouth, NS" will be received by the undersigned at the office of the Town of Yarmouth, 400 Main Street, Yarmouth, NS, B5A 1G2, up to 3:00 p.m., local time, Thrusday, August 4th, 2016.

The work is located at 400 Main Street in the Town of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. The work generally involves, but is not limited to, demolition of existing partitions and renovation of the interior Town Hall Main Lobby and Council Chambers of the existing building to meet the standards of the Town of Yarmouth.

Request For Proposals - Governance And Boundary Review Study

Sealed proposals will be received at the Town Hall, 400 Main Street Yarmouth, N. S. B5A 1G2, until 2:00 p.m., October 6, 2014, for the preparation of a study to review the current governance structure in the Town of Yarmouth, including the number of Council members and polling districts within the Town of Yarmouth, as required by the Municipal Government Act of Nova Scotia every 8 years.
