17-Collins-Street17 Collins Street, built circa 1893 was built in the Queen Anne Revival style for Charles C. Richards.  This is the only brick example of this style house in Yarmouth.  Noteworthy are its ornate veranda, brownstone, frieze under the upper windows and stained glass conservatory to the left.  The home now operates as a historic Bed & Breakfast.
