The water regulations for the Town of Yarmouth are there for the safety of everyone involved.  The regulations protect the end user so that they have a guideline to follow and if any questions are raised, there is a set of standards the user has to make sure they are doing everything properly and cannot be unjustly accused otherwise.  The regulations are in place for the Town to make sure everyone gets fair and proper usage of the water utility provided and to make sure people do not abuse the system.
