Solid household waste is picked up every week from Tuesday to Thursday. Regular garbage and compost are picked up on alternating weeks, recycling is picked up every week.  Residential clean up is collected on your regular garbage day. There is no longer Spring and Fall Pickup due to the monthly pick up.  Metals and White goods are collected on the last Friday of each month. Waste wood is picked up the first Friday of each month April to November (excluding holidays).  Please see the Waste Separation Guide or the Special Waste page for specifications regarding what goes in each category.

Please make sure that all waste materials are placed curbside by 7:00 a.m. on your scheduled collection day.

Collection of your waste will only be affected by a holiday if the holiday falls on your regular collection day. Please refer to your calendar or the Vanguard for alternate pick-up dates, or call Wasteco at 742-3490.
