The Community Access Program (CAP) is a Government of Canada initiative which aims to provide Canadians with affordable public access to the Internet. Under CAP, public locations like schools, libraries and community centres act as "on-ramps" to the Information Highway, and provide computer support and training.

There are 4 C@P sites in Yarmouth. They are located at the Western Counties Regional Library, the Yarmouth Art Gallery, The Yarmouth Tourist Information Centre and the Youth Services Centre.
