The Community Access Program (CAP) is a Government of Canada initiative which aims to provide Canadians with affordable public access to the Internet. Under CAP, public locations like schools, libraries and community centres act as "on-ramps" to the Information Highway, and provide computer support and training. There are 4 C@P sites in Yarmouth. They are located at the Western Counties Regional Library, the Yarmouth Art Gallery, The Yarmouth Tourist Information Centre and the Youth Services Centre. Gates Computer Lab Hours of Operation vary; to find available times, see the Gates Computer Lab here.
